We take a lot of pride in our photos.  We don't just snap pictures...we show the space while creating and capturing a mood.  It's one of the reasons our photography stands out from the rest.   We use high-end digital cameras and are always experimenting with new techniques and processes.  We truly believe in the statistics that prove good photography will create more foot traffic and sell homes. 

Proper preparation prior to photo shoots is also a must and if professional staging is not possible (we believe in that too!) then homeowners and agents need to roll up their sleeves and get the home in shape.  Here's a tip sheet to help you along with the process.

Pricing is determined by square footage (including finished basements) and is as follows:

Up to 2,500 square feet - $185.00
2,500 – 5,000 square feet - $225.00
5,000 – 7,500 square feet - $250.00
7,500 – 10,000 square feet - $300.00
10,000+ square feet - call for quote

Neighborhood Shots (at time of home photo shoot) - $75.00

Travel fees may apply for areas outside of our normal radius
and will be quoted during scheduling
Brochures
Relax and let us do the heavy lifting with this part.  Let's admit it....writing these is not exactly fun...unless you're Aubrey.  Her writing style will knock your socks off as she takes people on a journey through the home.   Our designs are elegant and sophisticated, and we are constantly coming up with new ones so that your marketing portfolio shows variety.  All of our brochures are professionally printed on 130 lb stock and are delivered to your door step or can be picked up at one of our Springfield, Virginia, printers when time is short.   Pricing is based on a quantity of 50.

2-Page Brochures (8.5" x 11"):  $150
4-Page Brochures (11" x 17" folded):  $235

2-day UPS Shipping:  $10.00
Same-day courier:  $40.00
Postcards
Postcards are a "must do" for agents and we take the hassle out of the "do".  We'll help you build brand recognition and show your audience that you only do top-notch marketing with great designs and high quality printing.  We are always coming up with new designs so you have plenty of templates from which to choose.  Or work with us to develop your own special postcard.  We print on 130 lb stock and mail first class from the Burke, Virginia, post office.

One-time $75 design and mailing fee
(custom designs are $150)

Jumbo postcards: $.55/piece + postage ($.44)
Regular postcards: $.45/piece + postage ($.28)
Digital Media
Don't let all this new technology scare you away!  We'll take care of it.  Whether you want mini cd's featuring a snappy slide show of the house as a "leave behind" or a fancy You Tube video, Steve knows how to do all of it.   The possibilities of what he can do with all of his video editing software are practically endless, so if you have a new idea, give him a call.

"Memories of Home "Closing Gift Ideas
Once your listing sells (and it will sell), give your clients something to keep their homes close to their heart.  Our hard-cover coffee table books featuring our photography are great gifts that they will take with them wherever they go and will think of you every time they open it.   It's way better than a gift basket or a plant.  Also make sure you give them a couple of our cd's or dvd's with a beautiful slide show to take with them.
