Virtual Staging

“Eighty-two percent of buyers’ agents said staging made it easier for a buyer to visualize the property as a future home” according to the National Association of Realtors. But sometimes there isn’t enough time or enough in the budget for traditional staging and that’s when virtual staging comes to the rescue. Our virtual staging is done in house by people who have an eye for design, and while you are welcome to select a furniture style (modern, traditional, farmhouse, etc.), most clients just leave those decisions to us. Finished photos are delivered within 24 - 48 hours.
